In general, you may access LuckRing anonymously and obtain information. When we need personal
information that can identify you or allow us to contact you, we will ask for your consent.
In general, when you register for a LuckRing product account or request a new feature, we may collect
the following information to make your exercise data more accurate: name, email address, gender,
height, weight, and age, and we will ask for your confirmation.
LuckRing strictly protects the security of your personal information.

unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
LuckRing may disclose your personal information when required by law, in accordance with the terms
of service or software license agreement for LuckRing products, or when we have sufficient reason to

LuckRing will not share this information with third parties without your permission, except for the
circumstances described above in this Policy.
Cookies can help personalize your online experience. You may accept or reject cookies. Most web
browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser settings to reject
cookies according to your needs.
LuckRing may use cookies to understand which websites are popular so that we can provide better
services when you visit LuckRing. Cookies do not track personal information.
When you register with LuckRing, LuckRing may also use cookies. In this case, we collect and store
useful information so that we can identify you when you visit LuckRing again. Cookies from LuckRing
can only be read by LuckRing.

1. Phone-related permissions: Smart watches need to receive incoming calls, make calls, provide
missed-call reminders, and display caller names. Therefore, we need to use the READ_CALL_LOG and
PROCESS_OUTGOING_CALLS permissions. Otherwise, these functions cannot be implemented. We will not
collect users' phone-related information, so please feel free to use the app.
2. Location-related permissions: Sports features in the app use map positioning, and weather
information also requires location. Therefore, ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION and ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION
permissions are required. We will not collect users' location-related information, so please feel
free to use the app.
1. AMap: We integrate AMap 3D Map SDK (com.amap.api:3dmap), mainly for displaying maps during
exercise, recording exercise routes, and providing positioning services during exercise. We do not
collect users' location information or other user data.

We retain your personal information only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, determining specific retention periods based on data type, purpose of use, and applicable laws and regulations.
1. Account and Basic Profile Information
We retain information associated with your account—such as account identifiers, login details, nicknames, profile pictures, and personal information you have voluntarily provided—for as long as your account remains active.
2. Health and Activity Data
Health and activity data generated or synchronized via [LuckRing]—such as step counts, sleep data, heart rate, blood oxygen levels, stress levels, exercise records, and device measurement logs—are retained for the duration of your account's existence to provide you with historical trends, data synchronization, health analysis, and device-related services.
Once you voluntarily delete relevant records or request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize the associated data in accordance with this policy.
If certain data is stored solely on your mobile phone, wearable device, or other local device, you can delete it by using the in-app data deletion function, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete data already synchronized to the server; to delete data from the server, please submit a request following the "Data Deletion Process" below.
